| Welcome! I started this Web site to help women who are searching for answers. For many of us, alterations in our bodies or fluctuations in our hormones may make us feel bewildered. Rapid changes in information about hormone replacement, surgery, contraception, diet, and other health-related issues often make choices too confusing and complicated. I have devoted my career to health issues for women. I hope this site will act as a clearinghouse for information - and provide women with a way to take control of their health - and their lives.
